The dispense control box connects a Cee spin coater or developer to automated pneumatic dispense hardware. One box supports up to four dispenses, bringing reservoir-pressure adjustment and dispense triggering together in one unit.
Set the material pressure for each connected dispense independently while the tool recipe controls when dispensing starts and stops. This lets different reservoirs and fluids share one control box without requiring the same pressure setting.
Need more than four dispenses? Add more dispense control boxes to expand your system. Rear connections also accommodate source-empty and waste-carboy sensors when those accessories are installed.
For Cee spin coaters and spin developers equipped with the appropriate dispense connection. The box supports pressurized cartridge and pressure-can systems used for coating, developing, and rinse applications. Match the dispense cable and pneumatic connections to the tool and installed hardware.
Purchased separately: Material reservoirs, dispense valves and tips, source-empty sensors, and waste-carboy accessories. Add the dispense hardware needed for your process.
