Feed stream dispensing directly from a compatible customer-supplied pressurized line, such as a compatible house solvent supply. Match the valve and line size to viscosity, then choose standard luer or AccuScan™ luer delivery.
Requires a dispense control box, sold separately. One box supports up to four dispenses. Need more than four? Add dispense control boxes to expand your system.
House Source · Customer-supplied pressurized liquid, regulated to 29 psi or less at the equipment.
Select your configuration.
House Source connects a customer-supplied pressurized liquid line to the dispense valve. It is suited to processes that already have a compatible pressurized supply available, such as a compatible house solvent supply. The supply provides the liquid pressure; the valve controls delivery within the equipment recipe.
Choose a standard luer outlet for fixed stream delivery or an AccuScan™ luer connection for programmable dispense positioning. Match the valve and line size to the fluid viscosity. Flow and suckback adjustments help tune delivery and limit trailing drips.
A dispense control box supplies pneumatic valve control and is purchased separately. The customer must provide a compatible liquid supply, pressurized at the equipment and regulated to 29 psi or less.
Compare the delivery systems by material viscosity, dispense volume, and how you plan to use them. Select a linked system name to view its details.

* Cartridge and standard pressure-can systems support up to 5,000 cps with an upgraded valve. Pump capability depends on the selected model. Reservoir capacity and dispense volume are different values; dispense volume is the amount delivered in a dispense.
Choose the ⅛″ line and valve for 1–100 cps fluids, or the ¼″ line and valve for 100–3,000 cps fluids. Standard luer configurations are HS-1-L and HS-2-L; AccuScan™ luer configurations are HS-1-ASL and HS-2-ASL.
Confirm the Apogee® spin coater model and delivery connection. The AccuScan™ arm is configured separately. Luer tip selection helps fine-tune flow and suckback for the material.
The customer supplies and regulates the liquid line. Pressure must be available at the equipment and must not exceed 29 psi. Confirm that the supply maintains the required flow and that the fluid is compatible with the complete wetted path.
Customer supplied: Compatible pressurized liquid source, regulated to 29 psi or less at the equipment, and the facility-side supply connection.
Purchased separately: Dispense control box and, where selected, the AccuScan™ arm.
