Syringe Dispense

The Cee disposable syringe dispense system delivers a controlled stream from a compact, replaceable reservoir. It is a practical choice for small batches and frequent material changes.

  • 30 and 55 mL reservoirs, with clear and amber syringe options
  • Fluid viscosities from 1 to 12,000 cps
  • Chemically resistant reservoir with a PTFE fluid path
  • Adjustable suckback to help control nozzle drips

Product Information

Overview

The disposable syringe dispense system places a compact material reservoir at the spin-coater lid for controlled delivery to the wafer center. It suits research, short runs, and formulations where frequent changes or limited material lifetime make a small, replaceable reservoir useful.

Key Capabilities

The DSD/1 mechanism controls flow and provides integral suckback to help stop material at the tip after a dispense. Its housing locates the syringe over the substrate, while a replaceable barrel, piston, cap, and PTFE tip make up the material-delivery assembly.

Choose a 30 or 55 mL reservoir to suit the run. Pressure, dispense timing, and tip size work together to control delivery. Replacing the wetted syringe components simplifies material changeover without replacing the reusable housing.

* Cartridge and standard pressure-can systems support up to 5,000 cps with an upgraded valve. Pump capability depends on the selected model. Reservoir capacity and dispense volume are different values; dispense volume is the amount delivered in a dispense.

Choose a System or Replacement Kit

Select a complete syringe dispense system with a 30 mL, 55 mL, or combined 30 and 55 mL syringe kit. Clear and amber options are available in 20-packs. Separate 30 mL and 55 mL replacement kits let you replenish syringe components while continuing to use the DSD housing and lid hub.

Use the selector above to choose an option and see its SKU. Match reservoir capacity to batch size and material usage, and confirm the appropriate syringe material and dispense tip for your chemistry and viscosity.

Tool Fit and Control

Compatible with Apogee® 200 and Apogee® 450 Spin Coaters. The system mounts through the lid hub to position the syringe over the wafer center.

All utilities are supplied by the Dispense Control Box, which is required and sold separately. One box supports up to four dispenses; additional control boxes expand your system beyond four.

Complete syringe dispense systems include:

  • DSD housing with tubing
  • Lid hub
  • The selected 20-pack syringe kit, with barrels, caps, pistons, and a PTFE dispense tip

Replacement syringe kits provide the syringe components in the selected size and clear or amber option. They do not include the DSD housing or lid hub.

A Dispense Control Box supplies all utilities and is required to operate the system. It is sold separately.
