Pressure can dispense supplies material from a nitrogen- or clean-dry-air-pressurized vessel. Larger capacities support longer runs while the valve controls delivery at the process.
Requires a four-position dispense control box, sold separately. One box supports up to four dispenses. Need more than four dispenses? Add four-position dispense control boxes to expand your system.
Upgraded valve required for this viscosity range.
Pressure-can dispense supplies material from a separate pressurized vessel to the dispense valve and tip. Larger reservoir capacities support higher usage and longer runs with fewer refill interruptions.
Choose from 1 to 10 gallon vessels and standard stainless-steel or PFA-coated configurations to suit the material. Flow and suckback adjustments help tune the start and stop of each dispense.
PCBE and PCBTE configurations include an empty-reservoir float sensor for supply monitoring through DataStream. Match the reservoir, valve, and fluid path to the chemistry and viscosity rather than sizing the vessel alone.
For Cee spin coaters and spin developers equipped for pressurized dispensing. Pressure cans can supply stream, spray, or rinse processes when configured with the appropriate valve and outlet. A dispense control box is required and sold separately; select standard Luer or AccuScan™ Luer delivery for the stream-dispense configurations shown here.

* Cartridge and standard pressure-can systems support up to 5,000 cps with an upgraded valve. Pump capability depends on the selected model. Reservoir capacity and dispense volume are different values; dispense volume is the amount delivered in a dispense.
Choose 1, 2, 3, 5, or 10 gallons around material usage, refill interval, and shelf life. Select the standard vessel or PFA-coated option to match chemical compatibility requirements. The selected vessel type sets the PCBE or PCBTE SKU prefix.
X-Pro pressure can storage: 1- and 2-gallon pressure cans fit inside the X-Pro in the designated storage area. Pressure cans larger than 2 gallons must be located outside the X-Pro.
Choose the ⅛″ line and valve for 1–100 cps, the ¼″ arrangement for 100–3,000 cps, or the upgraded ¼″ valve for 3,000–5,000 cps. Select standard Luer or AccuScan™ Luer delivery to complete the SKU. Confirm the available control-box position and space to access the vessel lid.
The tip kit provides several nozzle diameters to fine-tune delivery for your material viscosity and suckback needs.
The float sensor is installed on the pressure can for empty-reservoir monitoring through DataStream.
Purchased separately: The dispense control box and, for AccuScan™ delivery, the AccuScan™ arm.
